Secondary Lymphoid-Tissue Chemokine (SLC), also known as CCL-21, is a member of the Chemokine superfamily. SLC induces T lymphocytes and DC(dendritic cell) to enter secondary lymphoid tissue through its receptor CCR7, and DC presents antigen to activate T lymphocytes. Therefore, SLC is one of the key chemokines that trigger specific immune response
